Job Description

Customer Service Agent (IT)
Responsibilities:
-            You will be responsible for working in our IT Services Center
-            Handle phone calls and email calls to handle IT cases 
-            Log down problem issues and keep track on helpdesk calls
-            Co-ordinate with 2nd level support teams and vendors to resolve the incidents
 Requirements:
-            F.5 graduation or above qualification
-            1 year working experience in customer service area
-            Working experience in call center or helpdesk is preferable
-            Able to handle complaints and resolve issues over the phone
-            Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner, and service attitude
-            Basic Computer knowledge, knowledge on MS Office will be in advantage
-            Training will be arranged before on job

 Monday to Friday 0900 to 1800, exclude public holiday
