The Job  

• Function as the key point of contact between service delivery and deal pursuit.
• Possess with strong Business Processing Management and Outsourcing knowledge to represent service delivery related functions and pursuit.
• Analyzing customer current state and end user requirements to create business case and solution offering.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop SOW.
• Work with various parties on technical infrastructure, software development and operation on overall design & co-ordination to develop POC and solution demonstration.

The Person 

• HD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related discipline 
• Experience on business process automation solution and business process outsourcing solutions will be an advantages 
• Knowledge on process improvement tools, production printing, marketing communication related experience is much preferred
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
