System Analyst (Permanent)

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT projects development and implementation
• Supervise and lead analyst programmers during the project development
• Coordinate system maintenance and support services to customer

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in systems development with hands-on experience in application development
• Experience in Government Projects is an advantage
• Proficient in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, JSF, MySQL, PHP
• Familiar with IT project development life cycle
• Excellent Interpersonal, Analytical & Communication Skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Analyst Programmer (Permanent)

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT projects development, testing and implementation
• Provide on-going system support and maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in Computer Science or related discipline
• Over 2 years working experience in systems development, better with hands-on experience in Web application or Mobile Apps development. Analyst Programmer will be offered for less experience.
• Proficient in programming tools and databases including Microsoft / SQL Server, VB.NET, Java, JavaScript etc.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese  
• Candidate with less experiences would be considered as Programmer         

IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level of IT support to end users through email, phone
• Support video conference (such as Zoom and MS teams)
• Daily IT operations including hardware, network and system platforms
• Troubleshooting on any IT related issues
• Monitoring and administration of network (LAN and wireless), VPN and security systems
• Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon requests by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• Knowledge in LAN/WAN, network infrastructure including router/switch or firewall, Active Directory and security technology including email, anti-virus, etc.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Office, Server
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
