To support the daily operation, such as troubleshooting, helpdesk support, as well as windows maintenance, they are looking for a talents to provide those IT support for their end users.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Supporting tasks for computer operations, hardware, software installation and configuration on desktops and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users
• Supporting technology upgrades and server maintenance
• Categorise tickets by service desk system to record status and information.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, by phone, and electronically
• Recognise and fix technical issues from end users
• Evaluate and recommend hardware/software, new configurations, and systems to purchase
• Supporting productivity and development objectives by participating in training programs

Profile

Requirements:

• Degree holder in computer science or a related discipline
• Candidate with ITIL v3 Foundation certification is preferred.
• Great to have good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Candidates with good learning attitude and strong result are preferred
• Great proficiency in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge in Windows 10, 7,OSx and/or other client operating systems application programs
• Deep knowledge in personal computers, basic servers, printers, sub-systems, and or point of sales devices and their attachments, including LAN and WAN connectivity, hubs and routers.
