• Responsible for IT infrastructure and operations of the group
• Manage, co-ordinate and execute IT infrastructure projects based on business requirement
• Maintain and improve redundancy/resilience of IT infrastructure
• Develop and review of system documents, operation procedures and guidelines
• Responsible for the IT security/ITGC of the group
• Communicate with System department in HQ, internal/external Auditor
• Develop and implement rules/operations to align the group security standard
• Develop and improve IT governance, documentation for internal control
• Prepare IT budget planning
• Lead and manage the team (including task assignment, monitoring/tracking progress) to ensure team performance
• Provide coaching and advice to teammates to ensure they can complete the assigned tasks
• Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow-up actions to close the case in a timely manner
• Manage the relationship with internal users and stakeholders (Headquarter, user, vendor)

Requirements

• Good at working with senior level management and team management, having good communication and interpersonal skills (Coordination skills)
• Have knowledge and awareness with security, compliance
• Good command of Japanese (speaking/writing) enough to discuss/report with the management and HQ relevant persons
• Solid IT working experience in administration of IT infrastructure/ network (have sufficient years of relevant experience) * Experience in Networking area is definitely advantage
• Working knowledge and experience in Windows 10 / Mac OS, Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Palo Alto, SQL server, etc.
• Experience to manage IT project is definitely advantage
