Job Description:

-              Assist in implementation of information security standards.

-              Perform system administration to ensure the smooth operation.

-              Assist in system planning, deployment and implementation.

-              In charge of change control management.

-              Assist in monitoring system performance and performing fine-tuning & release upgrade.

-              Provide user support in hardware equipment and application software as well as maintaining its inventory.

-              Provide technical support on system and assist in conducting research on new technology and systems.

-              Work in IT helpdesk to provide technical assistance to field force & operation staff. Also perform administrative work related to user request  logging, filing, reporting & channel unanswered inquiries to appropriate persons to handle.

-              Provide proper training to the agency administration and field force to rollout  systems implementation.

-              Assist in management of proper backup and restoration.

-              Assist in UAT coordination and defect follow up.

-              Comply with company and Head Office IT auditing, compliance and security standards. Ensure quality assurance within company systems.

-              Perform other duties as assigned to comply with IT strategic missions.

Requirements:

-              Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or related fields is preferred.

-              Minimum 3 years’ experience of related working knowledge.

-              Good knowledge of Information Technology especially in LAN, Window servers, O365, Internet, Notes and messaging systems.

-              Good organization and interpersonal skills are required.
