Responsibilities 

• Evaluate IT systems, the security policies of the bank, requirements of regulators and user departments to establish IT risk and security framework together with the policies and procedures necessary to ensure system security is in place
• Develop and oversee implementation plans of the policies and procedures
• Conduct system vulnerabilities scan and recommend remediation
• Provide training and awareness update on technology risk and security
• Conduct security risk assessment of IT systems, assess effectiveness of IT security measures and carry out improvement work
• Monitor security risk, handle security incidents and carry out investigation
• Evaluate, recommend and procure security solutions and tools 
• Coordinate with head office, regulator, risk management, compliance and audit on technology risk and security matters
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in management of technology risk, IT compliance and security in banking sector
• Holder of CISSP / CISA certification is required
• Degree holder in information technology or related disciplines
• Familiar with technology risk and security management in banking industry
• Sound knowledge in Hong Kong Monetary Authority's requirements in technology related areas e.g. CRAF, TMG, TME, etc.
• Good understanding of banking IT architecture and development process
• Possess project management skills, including analysis, determination and communication
• Prior experience in technology risk management of banking is an added advantage
• High proficiency in spoken and written Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Possess good communication and coordination skills
• Dedicated to work, well conducted
• Responsible, attentive to details, a good team player and professional
