• Implement technology standards, policies and programs at firm's level
• Carry out IT projects from regional to local office
• Maintain hardware and software systems within the office to ensure the equipment is operational and functionally meets end users requirements
• Set priorities and coordination daily workflow, ensure quality of work and timely completion of assignments
• Optimize effectiveness on utilizing office equipment and technology
• Prepare and monitor department budgets and expenditures, and ensure all vendors provide cost-effective goods and services
• Enter, update, and close tickets in the Service Manager software system and maintain in a timely manner, as well as maintaining TSS system(s) used to track technology assets

• Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in international law firms full spectrum IT experience
• Good understanding MS Windows Server hardware and software
• Practical knowledge of mobile devices, mobile device operating systems and software, mobile enterprise mail clients
• Ability to work independently with good troubleshooting skills
• Fluency English is highly recommended
