To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, controls and completion of IT solutions streamlining business flows.

Responsibilities:

▪         Focus on the market trend, bring in new technology for efficiency improvement
▪         Liaise with business users and stakeholders to define IT objective and strategies to enhance operation and reduce costs
▪         Lead the solution team to gather and analyze requirements and design the IT solutions to support any business needs and opportunities
▪         Facilitate the definition of solution scope, goals and deliverables
▪         Define resource requirements and develop project plans
▪         Coordinate different parties including internal users and external customers on projects
▪         Implement IT solutions and ensuring the success rollout
▪         Motivate team members to achieve team goals and encourage team spirit and morale

Requirements:

▪         Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
▪         10 years system development experience including 5 years in management
▪         Experience in delivering the best practice IT services and initiatives
▪         Relevant working experience in Logistics business
▪         Solid experience in Java and .Net environment
▪         Understand the technology trend and able to apply appropriate technology to business
▪         Fluency in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
▪         Strong leadership skill and project management skill
▪         Good communication and presentation skill
