Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day deskside support, support VIP users 
• Prioritize and schedule problems. Execute problem diagnostic by using advance troubleshooting skills
• Contribute IT desktop support - Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware & computer applications
• Analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution system and problems;
• Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help users

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Information or related discipline
• Hands-on experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support will be an advantage 
• Experience in server administration and software and back-end administration
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
• Fresh grads are welcomed
