Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, maintain and enhance the system security operation procedures, controls, methodologies
- Perform system and data access security related duties
- Make application / call memo / instruction sheet and all the necessary reports / documents;
- Co-operate with stakeholders to conduct the IT security / risk assessments and projects;
- Identify potential threats of and report on security violations by determining causes
- Recommend and implement changes and improvements to procedures and system designs to enhance systems security with proper documentations;
- Develop and conduct IT security awareness training program
- Perform the software requesting process
- Develop consultative support to business and operations units about specialized security hardware and software products;
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in computer science or IT or related discipline.
- 3+ years' related experience in risk and security assessment in financial industry.
- Good Understanding of Operating System security configuration
- Sound knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Password Account Management (PAM) and other security related software.
- Holders of CISSP, CISA, CISM or other HKMA recognized Cybersecurity certifications are advantage.
- Have experiences and knowledge at Hong Kong banking industry, familiar with HKMA security standards.
- Ability to communicate about various IT security measures with non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
