• Manage and support the events (exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars etc) jointly organized or sponsored by Cyberport with partners. This mainly includes devising the event programme and theme, co-ordinate Cyberport internal and startup participation and manage overall logistics
• To liaise with external consultants/ contractors/ vendors as well as internal department to ensure the responsible programme implementation to meet the event timeline with quality deliverables
• To prepare all procurements related documents and expense claims in compliance to the respective guidelines, policies and procedures as approved for internal controls
• To organize and support VVIP visit arrangement including scheduling, manpower allocation, speakers’ invitation, internal communication with the supporting teams
• To review and update of reports, budgets, schedules, policies and procedures
• To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree on business management, marketing, communications, public relations or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing or event management, preferably gained in sizable / MNC companies
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word processing
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and observe tight deadlines
• Meticulous, independent, well-organized, proactive and mature
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and attention to details
• Mature proactive, approachable and a good team player
• Innovative, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and able to work under pressure and work independently with strong sense of ownership
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing etc.
• Effective communication, well-organised and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on weekends occasionally
• Less experience will consider to appoint “Programme Executive” position

The position is on a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs).
