Responsibilities:

• Follow up IT project systems development 
• Coordinate and troubleshooting with all internal and external parties to handle all IT related support incidents 
• Follow up Ad hoc projects and assignments  

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines 
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience 
• Experienced in infrastructure project such as server upgrade, installation, migration. 
• MCITP is an added advantage 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with project management experience 
• Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
