Job Description

- Participate in new product initiatives
- Provide first line helpdesk support and advice to customer
- Handle and follow up customer requests and enquiries in a professional manner
- Empower our clients to use our products with ease and confidence
- Liaise with internal technical staff for updating progress / feedbacks to the customers
- Provide regular CS reports to the supervisor
- Analyze feedback after completing clients’ inquiries for product and service improvement
- Holder of Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree / Degree in communications, information technology, computer science or related discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Basic IT knowledge and school experience a strong advantage
