Job Description

We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our IT team. This role plays a key part in being the first tier support and responsible for positive user experience through timely, accurate resolution and documentation of issues and requests.

SENIOR IT COORDINATOR
COLLABORATE: your responsibilities
- First contact point for consulting and support of all IT-topics
- solving IT issues relating to desktop / laptop computers, printers, networking, server, iPhone and iPAD
- troubleshooting software problems such as Operating System and Office Application
- Ensuring the ongoing operation of all IT-related duties in our branch office
- Connector between the branch office and Corporate IT
- Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
- Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)
- Participation in implementing strategic goals and projects
- Digitalization and optimization of processes in cooperation with other departments
- Responsibility for measuring and improving the IT-service quality
- Implementing IT-guidelines and procedures
- Manage an inventory of all IT hardware assets
- Support of customer interfaces (EDI, API, eLogistics) as well as customer support in cooperation with other departments
- Bachelor holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience in Multicultural environment of IT industry
- Service-oriented way of working
- Willingness to learn and change
- Solution-oriented thought and action
- Relationship management and (virtual) networking
- Experience on Citrix, Lotus Notes & SAP is preferred
- Knowledge for Cisco Routers and Switches is definitely advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal, listening and questioning skills
- Commitment and reliability
- Ability to convey knowledge and information
- Immediately available is preferred
