Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for performing information security projects coordination and execution, as well as assist in section relevant tasks.
• To perform projects or assignments based tasks such as organizing meetings, engaged stakeholders and documentation security profile maintenance work
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• 2 years working experience in project coordination, especially in IT information security is an advantage 
• Experience of assisting or facilitating audit activities or independent assessment in Banking IT would be desirable
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HKMA Policies, MAS, PCI-DSS etc. is definitely an advantage
• Familiar in MS Excel / PowerPoint / MS Project.
• Good knowledge of IT technical components
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile Certified is an advantage
• Effectively organize the assigned work and manage the time to meet the standards or goals established for the job
• Independent, good analysis, problem solving and technical writing skills
• Able to deliver tidy, neat and accurate work output Self–motivated, responsible, willing to learn as a fast learner, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication & interpersonal skills as strong negotiator is preferred
