Your Role

• To operate and maintain the servers of the telecom fixed voice platform
• Responsible for Voice over IP telecom network and server setup and operations
• Participate in customer and network fault investigation and restoration
• Planning, design and setup network management service for surveillance.
• Participate in network service upgrade at night time

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma in Information and Communications Technology / Computer and Electronic Engineering
• Practical experiences in Microsoft Windows operations, Linux knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of programing language is preferred. E.g. Java / Web, pearl, PHP
• Knowledge of fixed voice service is an advantage
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skill
• Good command in English and Chinese written and spoken
• Self-motivated and willing to work independently under minimal supervision
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
