We are looking for a talent to:

• Provide IT support for internal parties, inclusive of hardware, software & network installation, update, troubleshooting etc
• Perform monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Manage the replacement of PC, Server, Network parts for keeping network and servers running in good condition
• Perform hardware & software upgrades and conduct regular hardware maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and reports related to IT
• Participate in project implementations including system testing, training, support and maintenance

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines 
• Minimum 3 year's relevant working experience 
• Experience in hotel IT operation is an advantage
• Knowledge in Windows Server Systems, Window 7/10, MS Office / O365, WAN/LAN/VPN architecture, network switching and security management
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Information Technology Officer
