Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain computers, servers and network equipment
• Install and manage software/OS for computers and servers
• Enhance various web-based applications and materials
• Provide professional support in automation of administrative operations
• Ensure meeting the high standard of data management and security
• Provide professional IT support for staff (administrative and teaching) and students
• Manage daily IT, audio and video equipment maintenance
• Assist in procurement and inventory control of IT equipment and software
• Prepare documentation and guidelines

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma with min. 5 years' related work experience or Bachelor’s Degree with min. 1 year's related work experience
• Experience with MacOS, iOS, Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory
• MCSE/CCNA and related professional certificates are preferred
• Good understanding of network/server-side infrastructure
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills and excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, attentive to detail, and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin will be a plus)
