Job Description

Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service
  • Answer customer service hotline, respond to mailbox,
  • Handle complaint case
  • Provide prompt and appropriate solution to customer in resolving complaints properly under company standard and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
  • Prepare customer feedback reports, quotation of repairing service and issue invoice
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Customer Service Supervisor 

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality and handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide solutions to customers in a professional manner;
  • Monitor our technician in daily maintenance and repair works performance;
  • Liaison with clients and internal parties on CS and technical issues;
  • Handle customer re-engagement;
  • Analyze and update CS reports and other related reports;
  • Communicate with product team and engineers ;
  • Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the management;

Requirements

  • Tertiary level or above (Degree Holder preferred);
  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience for Supervisor ;  1-2 years Customer Service experience for assistance, (Preferably gained from information technology industries);
  • Open minded with strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Good communications skills and problem solving skills, independent with strong multi-tasking abilities;
  • Good command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Immediately available will be an advantage.
