Job Description
THE JOB
- Responsible for systems to ensure operation staff can have updated and accurate information by enhancement/ modification
- Lead small team for system operation
- Introduce new technology to department according to market trend
- Work closely with IT colleagues/ external vendor to ensure system meet with requirement
- Maintain close relationship with key stakeholder to ensure a good understanding of business drivers and priorities
- Develop training documentation and delivers end user training
THE PERSON
- Degree holder in Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analysis related disciplines or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Business Analyst (System related)
- Passion on building new system/application and continuously optimize it based on observation, study system usage and user's need.
- Well organized, with analytical mind and work independently. Detail-oriented and eager to work with complex business workflows
- Knowledge and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos, BI tools is a plus
