Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support market research on competitor offering and benchmark for enhancement
- Prepare and enhance sales enablement materials for product launch
- Work closely with sales and presales teams to support selling, including preparing operation video, demo materials, user persona, stories, etc
- Work closely with CS, product and RD teams on bug report, feature enhancement and feedback collection from sales
- Pilot marketing projects including company website enhancement, social media accounts management and article release
- Degree Holder in related disciplines
- Solid experience in product commercialization or product marketing, preferably involving web-based products for B2B business
- Candidates with less experience but are familiar with social media will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills, strong in analytical thinking and problem solving
- Professional experience with PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge in latest technology, including big data and artificial intelligence is a big plus
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Team-playing, proactive, fast-learning, self-motivated and energetic
