• Migration from a Windows 7 based O/S to a Windows 10 platform
• Provide daily technical support to end users including installation and troubleshooting on laptops, PCs, servers
• Support Microsoft Word based products include guiding the users through Self-Service fault finding
• Raise and track request or incidents in Service Now
• Report progress per user daily to project scheduler

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of working experience; min. 2 years of experience in IT desktop support position
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong stakeholder management skills, customer service skills, strong communication skills
