■Responsibilities:

　* Provide day-to-day IT operation support to end user, including IT Helpdesk Ticket Handling, Inquiry, Equipment Setup & Troubleshooting
　* Provide administration & monitoring of IT infrastructure, including IT Systems, Networks & operations
　* Maintain the IT Infrastructure Security & operation against cyber-attack & information leakage, ensure corporate IT Compliance standard fulfillment
　* Provide IT Inventory & Asset Administration, documentation on IT infra service & incident management
　* Support IT Infra implementation. Review IT Trend & customer needs, make new IT solution proposal to the company

■Requirements:

　* Qualification: High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology
　* Experience: 3 years or above relevant experience or above as an infra support position
　* Skill: Linux & Window Server Administration, MS O365, AWS/Azure Administration, ITIL
　* Good task management and customer service manner, well-organized & self-disciplined
