Job Description
Our client is a well renowned property developer. Due with their project needs, they are actively looking for a Senior BI manager to join their intelligence team.
You will:
To collaborate with stakeholders across different levels to translate business requirements into analysis, reports, dashboards and PowerPoint slides with actionable insights and recommendations to facilitate data-driven decision making process
To coordinate with external system vendors, agencies, consultants and internal IT professionals in formulating user requirement collection, user acceptance testing framework in relation to customer analysis
To support the development of Dashboard or DataMart for customer analysis, performance tracking and strategy formulation.
To support the CRM platform development, UAT and implementation when required
You should have:
A university degree preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer data analysis, data mining, segmentation or campaign targeting
Experience in statistical modelling for customer analytics
Solid knowledge and practices of data visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) and data analytic tools (SQL, Alteryx, SAS, R, Python, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office applications
You will:
