Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• To be responsible for SDLC related tasks including requirements analysis, system design, prepare project specifications, system development, code review, system and user testing, implementation and deployment of applications and software products;
• To supervise and provide direction to software engineers. Daily interaction with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders;
• To assure quality of team deliverables along SDLC and monitor application performance at reasonable support service level during system maintenance stage;
• To evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendation on improving system operation;
• To prepare and maintain proper documentation for application coding and project development;
• To perform other system infrastructure duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology, or related discipline;
• At least 3 years of solid relative working experience covering an entire software lifecycle in a team environment;
• Knowledge in Microsoft .NET programming, Microsoft SQL database, web service API, JSON, and Windows based platform;
• Experience in Cloud Service like Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Service, and hardware integration is a plus;
• Good communication and documentation writing skills in both Chinese and English;
• Previous managerial position in project team is highly preferred;
• Immediate available is preferred.
