• Responsible for the overall plan design of the company's data governance (data standards, data quality, data asset catalog, etc.);
• Build the company's data governance system and drive data governance work, and determine the data governance process and system construction plan (including technical direction evaluation and technology selection);
• Guide and assist other members of the team to jointly build and promote data management processes and standardize data management methods;
• Responsible for the promotion and effect inspection of data governance work;

• Have certain experience in data architecture, data model, data standard, data quality, data management and control;
• Possess rich experience in data governance, and master systematic data governance and management theory and method system;
• Possess the following knowledge and project practical experience in the field of big data governance: a. metadata management b. data asset catalog c. data policy management d. data quality management;
• Have strong logical thinking ability, analytical ability and innovative spirit, and have good communication and writing skills;
• Familiar with database SQL language;
• Proficient in using scripting languages such as Python or Perl to improve data processing capabilities is preferred;
• Have good inter-organizational coordination ability and team awareness, strong sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and carefully, and be able to withstand greater work pressure;
