Responsibilities:

• Provide primary daily operational technical support and troubleshooting services in Kowloon Bay Office

• Provide on-site IT Support to retail stores (if needed)
• Understand the operation flow and provide the first level application support
• Making training materials and provide user training to users
• Provide support on all IT equipment
• Install software and hardware on all PC equipment
• Perform any special duties/ projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline

• 2 years or above relevant experience in technical support
• Knowledge of MSCE/MCITP would be an advantage
• Good analytical, problem solving skills, Self-motivate and good team player
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
