My client is looking for following candidate, it is expected that you are a hands-on , and also prefer working experience in large scale user environment

Scrum Master

• Provide coaching and support to the Project Teams
• Establish a mature and effective environment where the team is able to live up with the Agile values and principles that enables the team to follow the agreed processes and practices
• Influence and ensure a good relationship is built across the teams and product owner
• Host Agile workshops with business unit to facilitate a constructive and effective discussion, decision-making process and conflict resolution
• Able to understand business decision and product owners' needs to facilitate a clear communication for the team to deliver effective process flow
• Work with managers to ensure that the right people and teams are available at the right time to maximize the velocity and chance of success
• Provide visual status and progress using big pictures, dashboards, and other visual management tools to optimize the workflow throughout the organization
• Manage a cross-cultural and cross-functional collaborative team
• Provide inputs into development of agile for business learning materials that are not currently available
• Provide coaching to new Agile Coaches and Product Managers beyond initial training so they can then be positioned to model and help others in their business areas, learn and apply these roles

Skills
• 5+ years of experience using Agile practices to deliver products and services
• 5+ years training and coaching enterprises and teams in using Agile ways of working
• 5 years leading Agile transformations using Agile-at-Scale methodologies
• Planned and led Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies
• Aligned and improved communication, processes and efficiency of the business, senior leadership, Product Owners, UX, DevOps and technical Agile teams
• Created an Agile vision/mission to ensure the work being done has a clear purpose, clear boundaries/scope, clear metrics based on business impact rather than deliveries. Ensured this vision is clear to everyone involved (teams, customers, stakeholders
