Job Description
工作內容：
- 協助客戶於不同智能手機平台，提供手機資料轉移服務
- 處理客人有關使用智能裝置、手機軟件、黑莓、流動裝置、流動寬頻和其他電腦設備的疑問，並提供建議
- 負責手機應用課程，向客戶教授智能裝置應用之導師
- 提供參與及支援公司舉辦的各項市場推廣活動/
- 負責及提供零售同事內部培訓
工作要求：
- 中學文憑試/中學會考程度或以上
- 能以流利中文溝通
- 以客為本，有耐性、關懷客人需要、有良好溝通技巧而服務目標為本
- 對流動通訊行業的業務性質和發展感興趣；具使用iPhones, 智能電話、互聯網和數據產品與社交平台經驗者優先
- 團隊工作性質，主動有熱誠
- 輪班工作並有機會於周末及公眾假期工作
