Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support on IT incidents and service requests from end users
• Provide helpdesk and remote IT support from end users in APAC countries if necessary
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for IT hardware and applications
• Escalate issue and involve second-tier support if needed
• Perform as hoc assignment duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Fair in written and spoken of English and Chinese, Mandarin is essential.
• Self-motivated, proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
