Job Description
To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as a Solution Analyst, mainly focus on the Coordination, System Implementation and Support of our self-developed HR System.
Responsibilities
- Understand client’s business needs and assist client to familiarize with our cloud based system setup & implementation
- Address and escalate client’s problem and coordinate with the development team to help solving client’s issue
- Identify and analyze user requirements, and facilitate the enhancement of the system
- Perform UAT to ensure system functionalities
- Conduct product demonstration and training to client in professional manner
- Prepare and update the documentations such as user manuals, FAQs, etc.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 1-2 year experience in application support / system implementation / project coordination is preferred
- Responsible, well-organized, pro-active and able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
