• Perform daily system operations for high availability enterprise-scaled networks and servers, including system administration, installation, configuration & troubleshooting on both on-premises and cloud
• Provide support for network related equipment such as switch & router, firewall, VPN, IP phone system, endpoint security, etc
• Responsible for backing up systems and data, and establishing disaster recovery support plans to ensure business continuity and data integrity in the event of a system failure
• Monitor the health of IT systems to troubleshoot server/network related issues and problems
• Provide project support to network infrastructure projects, including LAN, WAN, wireless, network security and documentation update (policies & procedures and manuals)
• Coordinate IT projects and technology advancement/maintenance with IT teams and vendors
• Manage, document and maintain the Linux and Windows server environment including on premise Active Directory, Exchange Server, AzureAD / O365
• Provide user account management support on premise AD, AzureAD, Linux, Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Work with User Support Team to provide technical and IT support services to users when required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience preferably in tertiary institutions
• Hands-on experience in the high availability or cluster model in Ubuntu Linux and Windows Servers, VMware ESXi and VCenter, Veeam is a must
• Network Security and authentication knowledge in Microsoft AD, ADFS, LDAP, OAUTH, MFA, SAML, SSO, SSL is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft / Google cloud services, Azure AD, Sharepoint, DNS, VPN, Linux email, Microsoft Exchange, Moodle, WordPress, MYSQL, Apache, Nginx, and Tomcat is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in Nvidia GPU HPC Cluster, Load Balancing, Linux Cluster, Docker, Kubernetes, Powershell script, bash script, and Python script is an advantage
• Knowledge in the administration of a dual uplink WAN environment and LAN setup, layer 3 switch stack setup, SAN storage, iSCSI, NAS, RAID, LACP, and InfiniBand is an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese
