Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily helpdesk front-line support for IT systems
- Record helpdesk calls into the logging system
- Maintain documentations
- Perform ad hoc helpdesk support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder are welcome
- Candidate with helpdesk / call centre experience is preferred
- Good command of spoken Cantonese
- Reasonable command of written and spoken English
- Good telephone manner and patience
- Knowledge in MS word and excel
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Immediately available or short notice will be a great advantage
