Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily helpdesk front-line support for IT systems
• Record helpdesk calls into the logging system
• Maintain documentations
• Perform ad hoc helpdesk support duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder are welcome
• Candidate with helpdesk / call centre experience is preferred
• Good command of spoken Cantonese
• Reasonable command of written and spoken English
• Good telephone manner and patience
• Knowledge in MS word and excel
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn
• Immediately available or short notice will be a great advantage
