Job Description:

• Handle enquiries and collect user requirements from different units, and follow-up the analysis within team.
• Support manager and superior in daily administration and help resolve technical issues for business user.
• Develop BI dashboard/reporting for international freight business.
• To perform trouble shooting on system related matters.
• Assist in RPA workflow design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Deliver training and coaching to transfer continuous improvement knowledge to people within the organization.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management 

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Supply Chain & Logistics / IT or related discipline with 1-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of using SQL, VBA, MS OFFICE 365, RPA, BI tools, e.g. Power BI, SQL, is an advantage.
• Production Support experience on Ui-path, logistics systems would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates or with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Business Analyst.
