Job Description
We are currently looking for an IT support to join us.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support for operating system, software and mobile device setup, basic printer setup and support
- Support on Microsoft 365 related products and Services
- Higher Diploma or above qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
- 1 year or above relevant experience in providing technical support
- Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS is advantage
- Knowledge with Microsoft O365 business infrastructure, administration and configuration is highly preferred
- Less experience will be consider as an IT Assistant
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
