RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage and monitor all aspects of IT projects, including stakeholder management, solution delivery, vendor selection/management, project control and reporting
• Plan, direct and coordinates project activities to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished
• Perform analysis of system business & technical specifications, ensuring feasibility, security, functionality, and scalability with internal development
• Ensure high performance operating process with accurate reporting, e.g. incident, change and escalation process etc.
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years in managerial experience
• Experience in Retail industry or POS is a plus 
• Good knowledge on Cloud platform is an advantage
• ITIL & Project Management (Waterfall & Agile) certification is required
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command in English and Chinese. Putonghua is preferred
