IT Manager / Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure)

Maintain smooth operation of the Authority’s IT infrastructure including servers, storage and network

Responsibilities

Responsible for installation, support, maintenance and trouble-shooting to internal user on desktop hardware and software;

• Support infrastructure issue
• Perform and ensure successful routine backup;
• Maintain the latest update on IT asset inventory and relevant system documentation;
• Liaise and source with vendors / consultants for IT services, equipment purchasing;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

Diploma or above in IT, Computer Studies or related disciplines;

• Solid experience and working knowledge in Windows Server, MS SQL Service and MS Office;
• Good knowledge on patching MS Windows servers and ESXi/Vcenter
• Solid experience in medium to large scales mission critical IT systems implementation projects
• Good knowledge of server and application administration, IT security, document and workflow management
• Exposure to ITIL related processes or the likes, for eg capacity planning, change management and other key areas

 
(Senior) IT Officer (In house) 

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintenance and support of network, server administration and system infrastructure;

• Provide technical support of troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation to Head office and Hotel;
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for project execution;
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines;

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as in-house IT support;
• Good knowledge on server hardware / software installation, managing Microsoft OS, maintenance and upgrading, etc.;
• Ability to learn quickly, and able to work independently;

Senior / System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform Window/or Linux system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade, system monitoring and health checks.
• Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
• Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications.
• As a technical advisor for junior system administrator.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Windows XP/7, Window 2008Server or Linux

(Senior / Junior) Network Engineer (25K-60K)

Responsibilities

 Provide Technical support and Operation support for the company network infrastructure

• Handle the daily operation on network and security
• Handle network and security equipment installation and configuration
• Holder of CCNA / CCNP is preferred
• Knowledge in Cisco IOS and NX-OS, switching, routing and tunneling. Such as: TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, VRRP/HSRP, GRE, IPSec, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
• Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers, vendors and internal parties

Voice Engineer

Job Duties

• Support a wide range of voice products including VoIP, SIP, MS Teams etc. movement, change and maintenance
• Responsible for the daily operation and administration work in the areas of Voice and Network aspect
• Carry out Operation Center routine jobs as per defined procedures and work instructions.
• Provide Tier 2 support to center operation team
• Act as the 1st customer contact point / technical helpdesk agent when necessary
• Work closely with internal relevant parties for service enablement, service restoration, planned maintenance, drill or disaster recovery

Requirement

• High Diploma or above Holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in IPT / Networking installation or maintenance support
• Holder of CCNA \ CCNP and collaboration has advantage

Technical Support / Junior Engineer
(Fresh graduate welcome with training) 

• Work with a team to provide front-line operation support, system configuration, user account administration, timely fix problems and diagnostics to all issues relating Internal IT System
• Monitoring the healthiness and report fault of IT Systems
• Manage the IT System Operations and program deployment
• Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business goal

 Requirement  

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
• 1-year working experience in IT support prefer, willing to learn
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

Operator

Overview:
Responsible for providing operations and maintenance support for all matters relating to Data Center and Enterprise Support teams. These duties include backups, restores, environmental and system monitoring, projects, and providing off hours IT Service Desk.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall Data Center Operation for Service Activation, Service and Network Monitoring, Problem Handling and escalation to related party when required
• Develop, maintain and share documentation for knowledge management and reporting
• Provide front-end inter-network support services to corporate customers and supplier

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines (but not a must)
• 1-2 years relevant work experience would be an advantage
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, good team player
• 7x24 shift duty is required (5-day work week, 8 hours per day)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
