Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the operations improvement initiatives and ensure the implementation
  • Identify potential operations process and system improvement area
  • Provide system user requirements and liaise with relevant parties for final solution
  • Perform system testing and post implementation checking
  • Participate in projects including product development and prepare various reports

 Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with professional insurance qualifications eg. FLMI or ICA
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in life operations and system projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and effective team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking in a dynamic and changing environment 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in participating in AS400 and/or digital platform projects is preferrable
