Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the operations improvement initiatives and ensure the implementation
- Identify potential operations process and system improvement area
- Provide system user requirements and liaise with relevant parties for final solution
- Perform system testing and post implementation checking
- Participate in projects including product development and prepare various reports
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with professional insurance qualifications eg. FLMI or ICA
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in life operations and system projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and effective team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking in a dynamic and changing environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in participating in AS400 and/or digital platform projects is preferrable
