Aigens is a restaurant tech start-up that has helped steer the digital revolution of the F&B and Hospitality industry in Asia Pacific. We started as a 2-man team in 2012 and have since grown into a SaaS company known for being a market leader with significant wins, essentially being the first to introduce BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) QR code ordering technology to Hong Kong and Singapore.

In the last three years, we’ve experienced our most significant growth to date: resulting in 6 regional offices across APAC, and 120 team members (and increasing every month). We are headquartered in Hong Kong, and serve more than 500 brands in F&B and Hospitality, including global names like KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, IKEA, and Muji.

This is a new headcount in an expanding team based in Aigens Hong Kong, our headquarters and hub that develops and delivers market-leading solutions for our customers in F&B, Hotels and Retail sectors.

What your daily work looks like:

• Be a product owner to research and market insights and translate them into a product roadmap and requirements in line with business strategy; own and drive product development in a highly collaborative environment consisting of local and offshore teams
• Compile market and customer research in Hong Kong and SE Asia markets, understand customer requirements and formulate product roadmap and strategy and articulate value propositions to senior management
• Drive product development and work closely with engineering teams to definite priorities, timeline and manage changes effectively
• Understand product integrations with channel partners such as payment and operation systems
• Work with various functional teams in the organisation in order to ensure product management and development goals and progress are well aligned with business objectives

• At least 5 year of relevant experience gained mobile application, SaaS or technology business
• Solid skillset in defining and writing up product requirements and drive discussions to become sound decisions among various stakeholders
• Good to have but not a must - industry exposure to F&B, Hotels, payment or retail sectors
• Strong analytical skills and able to utilize data for decision making and supporting in product management
• Ability to lead and communicate across multiple departments locally and regionally
• A strong drive to learn and make things happen with a strong collaborative spirit
• Good command of English, Cantonese (Mandarin good to have) and excellent verbal and written communication skills
