Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for company's Business Operation Support System, BOSS
• Collaborate with users and vendors to collect and analyze requirements
• Follow up with vendors for project delivery and SIT
• Conduct UAT with users
• Provide general support to global users.
• Responsible for billing operation for enterprise and carrier customer.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science/Engineering or other IT related disciplines.
• Knowledge in DBMS and SDLC is an advantage.
• Familiar with Excel, Power point and Chinese Word Processing. Experience in technical documentation is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is a plus.
• Positive, persistent, “can do” personality, passion with continuous improvement
• Self-motivated, proactive
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
