Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support and system troubleshooting
• Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
• Assist in preparing technical procedures and documentation for the applications systems including operations, user guide, functional specification, etc
• Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
• Perform program development, testing and collect requirements from end-users

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computing, information technology or other related disciplines
• 2 years’ programming or system support experience
• Good communication and strong analytical problem solving skills
• Experience in systems development and databases design, in particular with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP, MS SQL Server, OraclePL / SQL Stored Procedure, and Crystal Report will be an advantage
• Experience in retail POS, ERP or e-commerce systems will be an advantage
