Responsibilities

*Assist with the preparation of project documentation, e.g. project management documents, project plan, status reports, etc. as required for project governance activities

*Monitor project progress and follow up outstanding actions and issues with stakeholders at all levels

*Assist with the reporting of project risks and issues to management

*Work across different workstreams and be the key contact point with various project team members to ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed

*Ensure timely and effective communication across workstreams and other project stakeholders

*Arrange and coordinate internal and external project meetings and line up relevant parties to participate

*Ensure all project related information and documentation are properly stored and recorded

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of working experiences
• Worked on MPF/Pension Project
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
• Cantonese speaker is a PLUS
• Open to FS and Insurance background
