You key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a variety of business process reengineering and/or information management projects within a highly matrixed environment
• Ensure deliverables are being completed on time and with good quality
• Take full ownership of project planning, including defining timelines, budgets and resource requirements to support a range of distinct initiatives
• Manage project scope and identify risks, issues and contingency plans to ensure requirements are being met
• Ensure appropriate resource involvement from relevant teams and manage a wide range of stakeholders
• Ensure key deliverables are met on time and within budget

You know that you can do the job if you have…

• Degree holder, preferably with major in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• Professional certification, such as PMP, is required
• Minimum 6 years project management experience in a major management consulting firm or sizable organization, especially in the area of end-to-end Enterprise-wide ERP solution implementation, e.g. SAP S4, SAP HANA, Oracle eBIS and/or Oracle Fusion
• Able to bridge the gap between project stakeholders, business user, internal project team, external vendors
• Excellent analytic, process improvement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage to deadlines, resources allocation and project costing, and proactively mitigate risks and issues in a project management environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
