Responsibilities:

• Oversee and administer company & projects-wide LAN/WAN infrastructure & security.
• Perform implementation including planning, designing, installing, configuring, migrating, testing on LAN/WAN infrastructure & security equipment.
• Perform network enhancement, performance, and health status monitoring, troubleshooting network-related issues and problems.
• Support for Server administration, backup operation, and monitoring
• Work closely within Project teams and external vendors to complete various IT projects and technologies advancement.
• Propose new technologies/ideas to improve overall efficiency, effectiveness, reliability, and availability of IT infrastructure.
• Proactively provide recommendations to the Technical Manager of any customers’ need for technology improvement, which results in better customer's satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Proficient in TCP/IP, Networking, Router, Switch, Firewall, Wifi, Endpoint Security (EDR), VPN with configuration and setup
• Familiar with Server, VM, SAN storage, cloud platform, data backup administration.
• Familiar with Wireless Controller, Access Point, Firewall, VPN, VLAN configuration & troubleshooting
• At least 3 years of working experience in network/server administration.
• Good spoken and written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• CCNA / MCP / MCSE holder is preferred, but not a MUST
• Immediate available preferred
