Executive Summary

²  Our client is a regional, largest legal consultancy firm in Asia - hiring over 2000+ staff in 25 locations around the world.

²  Prime office location within 3 min’s walk from Central MTR; Grade A office in The Landmark with flexible work arrangement during the pandemic

²  As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the technology environment at client sites.

²  Fluent English, Mandarin, and international experience are a strong plus

Daily Responsibilities:

• Being the key personnel with technical services & support
• Provide technical support to users in a friendly and helpful manner. User account administration
• Installing applications and hardware and ensuring 100% functionality
• Contributing to review and refining internal procedures. Keep the team aware of the status of your current and outstanding tasks, escalating when tasks take longer than expected
• Promptly update job status and set up and configure new software and hardware
• Effectively escalating issues where appropriate
• Perform upgrade/maintenance/support jobs during office hours
• Conduct daily morning checks on meeting room facilities, assisting with audio-visual setups
• Relocation of equipment
• Handle equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment occasionally

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in fields of Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop / Office 365 / Azure platforms
• Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with peripheral devices (Blackberries, iPhones, iPads, etc.)
• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VOIP telephone handsets
• Active directory skills - ability to maintain, create and delete user accounts.
• 3+ years in a technology support role for Senior IT Support Specialist, less experience also be considered for Technical Support Officer
