Job Descriptions:

• Coach local/off-shore development team members
• Participate and contribute input in architecture and application design
• Implement software components according to the specifications and guidelines 
• Collect client requirements, develop/maintain application programs according to the specifications and realize business needs 
• Responsible for in-house application design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and maintenance
• Define and analyze business requirements, system problems, testing standards and solutions.

• At least 5 years’ experience of application development and project management
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge and experience of HTML5, AJAX, Web Services, web application, SQL Server, and development of multi-tier application
• High customer-focused and self-motivated with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Responsible, self motivated, flexible and with detailed mind
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project schedules
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer position
• Good command in English and Chinese is requires
