Job Description
Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies and design the roadmap for digital insurance development of the Bank
- Develop and drive project schedule, user specifications and implementation of product launch at digital channel
- Oversee and monitor the project progress and coordinate the implementation with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide insights and drive promotion strategy for digital proposition and digitally-led sales initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in insurance and/or digital project aspects
- University graduate, preferably in the area of Information Technology or Business related discipline
- Self-motivated, team player, proactive attitude and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Solid experience in digital banking/insurance project is a plus
Candidates with less experience may be considered as the post Manager, Digital Insurance
