Job Description

As a member of our growing Digital Transformation team, you will contribute your professional experience and knowledge to engage and collaborate with external and internal clients for Digital Transformation. You will have chances to participate in massive, large-scale Digital Transformation programmes of spectrum of industries. You will work with top professionals from around the globe for the realization of Digital Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user requirements gathering, feasibility studies and perform system analysis, design and implementation
  • Undertake all stages of system development including system design, application development, system integration, testing, application deployment, system support and maintenance
  • Prepare technical specifications and documentations
  • Supervise and provide technical guidance to developers, or work independently to deliver quality solutions to meet requirement specifications according to project schedule
  • Train and mentor junior developers
  • Contribute technical advice and recommendations in support of the Company’s business objectives
  • Review and document software development standards and quality control procedures
Core Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in system analysis, architecture design and system implementation, preferably with government project experience
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in database management systems
  • Strong programming skills with experience in application frameworks
  • Keen to learn new technical tools and business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable and quality-oriented
