Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide effective inbound/ outbound call services to customers for service inquiries or technical assistance
- Provide excellent services in different channel
- Report potential crises and complaints to the supervisors
- Handle customers' issues and complaints in a timely and high-quality manner
- Follow-up with clients' requests promptly
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or above with at least 1 year of experience in the Customer Services Field
- Shift Duty Monday to Friday (9:00 – 18:00 / 12:00 – 21:00)
- Well-organized, punctual, polite, and strong sense of responsibility
- Independent, customer-oriented, patient, eager to learn, and committed to delivering good quality services
- Excellent problem-solving skills
